Mission - Our mission is to tell inmates and ex-offenders of how God heard our cries for help and lifted us up out of our horrible mess, set out feet on The Rock Jesus Christ, and has His hand on our lives establishing our coming and going. We will be living testimonies so that others will see, fear, and trust in the Lord.

Mission Statement - “We will be living testimonies of God’s mercy and grace, an example for all inmates and ex-offenders, so that they will see and put their trust in the Lord.”

Vision - Out of the Miry Clay Ministries is a place to encourage individuals who have been incarcerated that they can overcome their battles through faith and hope in Christ Jesus a refuge for ex-offenders.

About Us - Out of the Miry Clay is a ministry formed by ex-offenders for ex-offenders, as well as those who are still incarcerated. We have found freedom, hope, and our purpose in life serving our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our minds are being renewed daily and we are new creations in Christ Jesus, the old has gone, and the new has come. We are living testimonies of how Jesus Christ can transform and restore anyone no matter what their offense.

Out of the Miry clay encompasses two ministries a support group ministry and a prison ministry.

Prison Ministry:

We are visiting prisons and institutions sharing our stories of deliverance and victory through faith in Jesus Christ. Encouraging those that are still incarcerated by letting them know that we can relate to where they are because we have been there too. Most importantly assuring them that what our Lord has done for us He can and will do for them if they will put their life in His hands.

Support Group:

We currently have a monthly support group where ex-offenders can come share their struggles, victories, prayer requests, have accountability, and be encouraged in the Lord.
